Another month, another Birchbox! This was again an interesting box, packed with a variety of products I’ve summed up and review in one bitesize video above. Or in a sentence below:
Benefit They’re Real! Mascara: I’m a bit slow on the uptake and have finally discovered what’s behind all the hype on Benefit mascara’s, well just one of them anyway – PLEASE watch the video to see my lash transformation!
Catherine Malandrino Style de Paris Perfume: Reminded me a lot of English Laundry I received way back in November’s Birchbox, more fruity and refreshing, rather than floral and husky though. Quite nice!
Philip Kingsley Elasticizer: Argh no not another one! Nothing against Mr Kingsley of course, I’m just avoiding anything with either sulphates or silicones in since going SLS free in my haircare (intrigued? Check out my video and post here.)
Nude ProGenius Omega Treatment Oil: Shame on me for believing another facial oil wouldn’t live up to my Caudalie Vinosource Overnight Recovery Oil; very different in consistency (thick, a little sticky, like hair oil) but incredibly hydrating.
Serenity Dead Sea Bath Salts: A first for me and a lovely addition to my baths. The water almost feels as though it’s been softened, great for sensitive skins and skin disorders such as psoriasis and eczema.
Lifestyle items: No quirky health drinks this month – not sure if I’m relieved or disapointed about that – but instead I got a free notebook to chuck in my handbag and an extract of a novel, I could read if I get bored.
Pat on the back to me for getting this video out before April’s box has arrived – I still have noo idea what I’ll be getting! If you want to find out follow my blog or my YouTube channel.
